We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both farmers and service providers.

1 Farmer Cancellation

Time of Cancellation Policy
Before provider assigned No charge
After provider assigned Small cancellation fee may apply
After provider arrives Up to 50% service charge

2 Service Provider Cancellation

If a provider cancels:

  • You get a full refund OR

  • You can reschedule at no cost

3 Special Conditions

No cancellation charges apply if:

  • Service cannot be done due to rain, flood, or natural causes

  • Technical issues from Shetyoddha platform
